Mobile Design

2011 - Noshpad Concept

Soon after iPads were first introduced, I had an idea for a tablet-based menu system. I designed this mockup to test the concept.

2012 - UBM Studios

In cooperation with another work colleague, we built a mobile application using an app builder application for Game Developers Conference. As a way to promote our company’s abilities, I later created this video.

2013 - Imagination.com

I designed storyboards and wireframes for Ford Motor Company’s 2014 Autoshow. The app was a collection of Augmented Reality mini-apps. Guests at the autoshow were encouraged to download the app, then use it to engage with the vehicles on display at the show. Each vehicle had it’s own “4D” QR code that triggered a certain mini-app (illustrated in the pink section of the flow)

I also designed a kiosk for Ford that ran on Android Tablets. This kiosk was an informational/promotional application that allowed visitors to view the different models of vehicles, and see different color and trim packages. There was a tablet at every vehicle.

2015 - Beam Telepresence

From 2014 to 2018 I designed and maintained my company’s mobile piloting application, Beam Mobile. Available on both iPhone and Android, this app allowed users to log into the system, choose a Beam telepresence device, and then connect to it. Once connected, the user would use finger gestures to drive the device around and interact with people at the device’s location.

2019 - FPX (CPQ Software)

I worked on three major initiatives at Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) company FPX. After helping them redesign their SaaS desktop fintech experience, I designed a mobile version of it, so that usersĀ  could create quotes in the field. This allowed users to make large configuration bundles, price them accurately, and complete a quote on the fly.
